About the Role
The Trainee Affairs Coordinator manages all administrative and operational aspects related to trainees, ensuring smooth communication, attendance tracking, and support throughout their training journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate trainee registration, attendance, and documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for trainee inquiries and support.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and follow‑up lists.
- Assist in organizing trainee activities, workshops, and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate trainee records and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments.
- Use Microsoft Office to manage data, reports, and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trainee affairs or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
