About the Role
We are urgently hiring Hadeed‑Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for an ongoing industrial project in Saudi Arabia. The WPR plays a vital role in ensuring that all on‑site activities are carried out safely, legally, and in full compliance with Hadeed and industrial safety standards.
This position is ideal for candidates experienced in permit coordination, hazard control, and high‑risk industrial environments such as steel plants and heavy manufacturing facilities. Selected candidates must be ready for immediate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete permit-to-work (PTW) process, ensuring all tasks are properly authorized before execution.
- Verify safety conditions, isolation procedures, and risk‑control measures prior to issuing permits.
- Coordinate closely with supervisors, engineers, and HSE teams to ensure safe work execution.
- Monitor ongoing activities to ensure compliance with the approved permit scope.
- Suspend or stop work immediately if unsafe conditions arise.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to Hadeed safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams to support safe and efficient operations.
Skills & Required Competencies
- Mandatory Hadeed Approval with valid supporting documents.
- Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and industrial safety procedures.
- Prior experience in steel plants, heavy industries, or large industrial projects.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict safety discipline.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to safety compliance.
